Welcome to the Proxydudes FAQ! We know you’ve got questions, and we’re here to keep it clear, honest, and help you on your way.

We’re your go-to site for high-quality Magic the Gathering Proxy cards in Europe. We probably have the largest  database of MTG Proxy cards with nearly 500,000 cards in stock, ready to be printed for you.

We print stunning proxies for personal, casual play – not official MTG tournaments. Our cards are made in one of Europes best printing facilities by printing experts and we quality control every card before we send them to you. We know that anyone can make mistakes, including us, so if there’s any quality issues with your cards always contact us so we can fix the problem, if it’s our fault we will always send you new cards at no cost for you! We’re not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast, but we respect their work and follow fan content policies.

Short answer: It’s fine for personal, non-commercial, casual play but it’s not allowed in official, sanctioned tournaments.

We clearly mark our proxies to avoid confusion with authentic cards. Always check your local game shop’s house rules – proxies are perfect for testing decks, flexing alt art, or just playing for fun.

Our cards are grade-A awesome. Printed in a professional printing studio by experts (trust us we really geek out about our work) with top-shelf materials, they look, feel, and shuffle like the real deal. We’re super picky about quality – so you get proxies you’ll actually want to show off. We never claim to be perfect, but we aim to be – so bear with us as we continuously learn and optimise our printing techniques. 

If you are happy with our cards please write a public review for others to see (on e.g. Trustpilot or Google Reviews), if you’re on the other hand not happy please send us an email so we can learn from your experience and fix your problem! Any help with improving our service and products will be rewarded 🙂 

To keep things smooth and sustainable, we print once a week. Place your order before Wednesday at 23:59 (CET) to get it included in our next production cycle.

  1. Place your order by Wednesday: Submit your order before Wednesday at 23:59 CET to make the weekly cutoff. Anything ordered after that will roll over to the following week.
  2. We print on Thursdays: On Thursdays we send all orders to production. We print, package, and prepare your cards carefully over Thursday and Friday.
  3. We ship over the Weekend: Your cards are shipped latest by Sunday, tracked (if you opted in for that) and securely packed so they arrive fast and in top condition.

Good things take a little time – but we promise, it’s worth the wait.

For official sanctioned tournaments? Nope. For kitchen-table games, casual events, or proxy-friendly tournaments? Absolutely (if your friends are OK with it).

Our proxies are meant to enhance your personal play experience – not to pretend they’re official cards. That’s why we clearly mark our cardbacks, and we never print the original MTG back.

Nope, we’re an independent crew of passionate players. We follow fan content policies and respect copyright rules. All cards we create are for personal, non-commercial use. We don’t sell “real” cards – just high-quality proxies for fun. We only charge for the inc and paper.

100%. We use secure payment systems, encrypted checkouts, and we never mess around with your data. Plus, we’re real humans – with a growing community of happy customers across Europe.

If you ever have an issue with your cards – for example, if the print quality isn’t up to your (or our!) standards – we’ve got you covered. Just send us an email with a few photos, and we’ll replace the cards or issue a refund. Easy as that.

Heck yes! You can choose from public art libraries we support, or upload your own custom designs (minimum 18 cards required). Whether it’s a personal card, a special alt art, or something wild – we help you bring it to life. 

If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Simple as that. You can always cancel an order as long as it hasn’t gone to print, but once it goes to print you can’t ask for a refund as every card is printed on-demand.

We offer replacements or refunds if any cards are not up to our printing standards (images must be included). Just reach out and we’ll make it right!

We currently don’t offer foiled MTG proxies. Some cards may look foiled in the digital product photos, but they’re not foil when printed. That said, foil printing is on our radar, and we hope to offer it soon.
