1. Purchase Information
At Proxydudes.com, we provide high-quality proxy cards for personal, non-commercial use. Here’s how purchasing works:
Step 1: Determine Your Needs.
Decide what type and quantity of proxy cards you need.
Step 2: Browse & Select. Explore our website to view products and select the cards that fit your needs.
Step 3: Place Your Order.
Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We offer secure payments via PayPal. You can choose shipping with or without tracking.
Step 4: Shipping & Delivery.
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided. We print and ship once per week. Orders placed before Wednesday at 23:59 CET will be printed and dispatched the following week. Our customer service team is available to support you with any order-related questions.
Step 5: Enjoy Your Cards.
Once received, enjoy your new proxy cards. If you experience any issues, contact us through here and we’ll be happy to assist.
2. Product Guarantee
At Proxydudes.com, we stand by our quality and offer a full refund for the cards if they are not up to the standards we guarantee when you get them. If you encounter any issues let us know within 30 days, we’ll work with you to resolve them – whether through replacements or refunds. This guarantee covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Printing errors
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
- Damage during shipment, unless you have opted in for our shipping insurance at check-out
- Wear and tear from regular play
- Resale or transfer to third parties (non-transferable guarantee)
- If it’s been more than 30 days since you received your order

3. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights Directive)
You have the right to cancel your purchase prior to your order has been sent to print. Once it has been sent to print it is not possible to cancel your order as all orders are made on-demand, custom-made, and specifically for you.
